Without early treatment, children face long-term difficulty in walking, ongoing pain, disability, and severe social and economic disadvantages. In many regions of Pakistan, especially in underserved communities, access to proper medical care for clubfoot remains limited. Families often lack awareness, resources, or transportation to reach treatment centers. As a result, many children suffer lifelong disabilities that could have been prevented with timely intervention. Our Supporting Clubfoot Project in Pakistan aims to change this reality by providing early diagnosis, free treatment, and continuous support to children and families in need.

Our mission and impact

The goal of this project is simple yet powerful: to ensure that every child born with clubfoot in Pakistan receives the treatment they deserve. Through partnerships with local hospitals, trained physiotherapists, and community health workers, we offer early screening and provide the Ponseti Method—the globally recognized, non-surgical technique for correcting clubfoot. This method involves gentle manipulation, weekly casting, and later bracing to help the feet develop normally. With proper care, more than 90% of children with clubfoot can lead completely healthy and active lives. Our project not only focuses on medical treatment but also supports families by offering guidance, follow-up care, and education on managing the condition throughout the child’s early years.
