    Joining Hands with the Embassy of Palestine

    New Delhi, India – 6th July 2026 – Doctors of Rahman has partnered with the Embassy of the State of Palestine to strengthen humanitarian medical support for communities affected by the ongoing crisis in Gaza. Following a meeting with His Excellency Ambassador Abdullah Mohammed Abu Shawesh, the organisations are working towards a long-term collaboration to deliver essential medicines, medical equipment and healthcare support from India to Palestine. Together, they hope to bring practical relief, strengthen healthcare services and stand in solidarity with those facing immense hardship.

    Meeting with Sudanese ambassadors and Diplomats.

    London, England – 5th Nov 2025 – Today, we gathered at the Sudanese Embassy in the United Kingdom to bid farewell to the “Doctors of Rahman” Medical Convoy, which will be heading to Merowe, Northern State, Sudan on November 7th.
    The event was attended by His Excellency the Ambassador, the Military Attaché, and the Consul, alongside the Chairman of Salamat Medical Charity, the Trustees’ Secretary, and the General Secretary of Doctors of Al-Rahman, as well as representatives of other charitable organisations — HiHFAD, Help Yateem, and Global Relief Trust; in a humanitarian initiative aimed at supporting medical and relief efforts in Sudan.
    These organisations have previous experience in Gaza, Syria, Pakistan and other crisis-affected areas.

    Meeting with Syrian government officials.

    Syria – 8th Nov 2025 – During their visit, the Doctors of Rahman held high-level meetings with Syrian government officials. These discussions focused on identifying the most pressing healthcare needs and coordinating efforts to enhance the country’s medical infrastructure. The delegation emphasised the importance of collaboration between international aid groups and local authorities to ensure that aid reaches the most vulnerable populations.

    The group delivered a substantial consignment of medical instruments, medicines, and other necessary supplies to several hospitals and clinics across Syria.

    The efforts of Doctors of Rahman have already begun to yield positive results. 

    Doctors of Rahman Conducts Scoping Mission in Afghanistan to Assess Medical Infrastructure

    Kabul, Afghanistan – 26th Sept 2025 – Doctors of Rahman has completed a scoping exercise in Afghanistan to assess the current healthcare landscape and identify areas for medical collaboration and capacity-building.
    The mission was led by Dr Yousufuddin Shaikh, Founder of Doctors of Rahman, who travelled to Afghanistan to conduct a comprehensive review of the country’s medical infrastructure and the challenges faced by local healthcare institutions. During the visit, Dr Shaikh met with officials from the Ministry of Public Health and key stakeholders in the Afghan medical sector to explore opportunities for partnership and sustainable healthcare support.
