Dhul Hijjah is an Islamic month which means “the month of pilgrimage”.

When are the 10 days of Dhul-Hijjah?
Like all other Islamic months, the beginning of the month depends on the moon sighting. In the UK, the month of Dhul Hijjah has begun on the 18th of May.

The 9th of Dhul Hijjah (Day of Arafah) is on Tuesday 26 May 2026.

The 10th Dhul Hijjah (Eid al Adha) will be on Wednesday 27 May 2026.
