Mentorship and Capacity Building

Doctors of Rahman and MIAT run ongoing mentorship programs for medical students, junior doctors, and healthcare volunteers, preparing them for future humanitarian deployments.
Our mentorship model pairs young professionals with experienced clinicians who guide them through clinical, ethical, and logistical challenges of global medical relief work.
The goal: to raise a new generation of skilled, compassionate, and culturally sensitive humanitarian doctors.

Medical and Dental Student Support (GHOPE Initiative)

Under our Global Health Outreach for Peace and Education (GHOPE) program, we support over 350 displaced medical and dental students affected by war and genocide.
Through scholarships, mentoring, and academic partnerships, Doctors of Rahman and MIAT are enabling these students to complete their education and rebuild the healthcare systems of their nations.
We believe that empowering future doctors is one of the most sustainable ways to heal communities torn by conflict.
